≤50% germination rate, but this could be due to my technique ?

I'm glad that I'm finally getting something! 50% is far better than 0%, and that's what I was getting, when ordering this very same seed pack from Amazon; maybe Amazon is holding on to the seeds too long. However, I will probably be ordering these again, directly from Pase Seeds, because this is one of my favorite flower varieties, and if worst comes to worst, I'll just have to sow twice as many as I hope to see ?
